Building Description and Layout
This expansive community cover over 80 acres with multiple buildings. The layout for each building is townhouse style. The red brick structures come with black shutters around the windows and black doors. Their presence is one of several large mansions with private doorways. Each unit has a walkway that leads to the main entrance from the main community pathways. The immaculate landscaping includes trees and flowering bushes. Some buildings offer ivy growing up to the roof, which gives a sophisticated appearance. Residents will enjoy the community courtyard design.
Building Features and Amenities
There is a club house building where the management team can be found. In addition, there is a center for residents to use for business purposes. A computer room also known as the café, provides coffee and computers with internet service. A concierge is available to assist with the community needs. There is a community lounge with an impressive fireplace encased in black wrought iron. Residents can also access Wi-Fi in this space or schedule a meeting in the conference room located next to the community lounge.
A fitness circuit has been developed along the community walkway and culminates at the state-of-the-art fitness center. There are a myriad of exercise equipment for strength building, lifting weights, cardio and elliptical. All equipment faces massive windows that span from the ceiling to floor, so residents can take in the view.
A garage is available for resident parking. A free shuttle service to the mass transit station is offered. In addition, there are Zip cars for residents who need more flexibility. There is a movie theatre for entertaining family and friends. On-site laundry facilities are available for tenants who do not have a washer and dryer in-unit. Floor Plans and Features
There are five floor plans with one, two or three bedrooms. Each comes with the common living area including the kitchen and dining space on the first level. The bedrooms can be found upstairs along with a full bathroom. There is crown molding throughout each unit as well as recess lighting. Some kitchens and bathrooms have black granite countertops, while others have white corian surfaces. The flooring is ceramic tile for the bathrooms and kitchens, while hardwood or parquet are found in the living, dining and bedroom areas.
The kitchens offer appliances that are energy efficient. Some kitchens are all white including the appliances, while others have brown wood tones with stainless steel appliances for the backdrop. Some units have recess lighting while others offer chandeliers in the dining room space. All units have a private patio of the dining room area. There are ample and large windows throughout that offer a view into the beautiful courtyards.
The one bedroom has three floor plans with one bathroom except for the Arlington which has a half bathroom downstairs. In addition, this is also the same layout that comes with air conditioning. There is a dining and living room combo. There are approximately 800 square feet of living space.
The two bedroom floor plans also have an Arlington model, although there is a full bathroom downstairs instead. The living and dining room have separate space. This is an air conditioned unit as well. The other units only have one full bathroom that is located at the top of the stairs. The units have between 900 and 1100 square feet.
Three bedrooms are available with a floor plan of nearly 1,400 square feet. There is one full bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms, while a half bathroom can be found downstairs off the living room area. There is a three bedroom unit with three bathrooms as well. This unit has air conditioning and is also called the Arlington model. Each three bedroom floor plan comes with a separate living and dining room area.
