The indulgent amenities greet residents from the moment they enter the front door to these opulent condominiums.

Building Description and Layout

The complex consists of two towers spanning eight stories each that are nestled discreetly by trees. The pale red and white brick structures have the appearance of a large castle with a plethora of bay and straight-line windows. The grounds and courtyard have white bricked walkways with light-colored wooden park benches. In addition, steel light posts are strategically placed.

There is wood paneling throughout the lobby area including the A-line staircase. The twelve foot ceilings have exposed custom wood rafters with impressive chandeliers of beveled glass and brushed chrome. The floors are a muted tan that accents the dark wood tones and soft hues from the furnishings, and floor and table lamps. Although the pictures are sparse, they bring the right touch of elegance without being understated.

Building Features and Amenities

Residents are treated to a door man, valet parking, and a front desk that provides concierge service 24/7. There is a community room which is situated above the lobby area that is an extension of the richness of custom woodwork and plush furnishings. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all common areas. Zip cars are a provided on-site service.

The state-of-the-art fitness center has a myriad of exercise equipment including cardio, weight, and elliptical. The flooring has tile or carpeting. There are a dozen televisions dropping from the ceiling throughout, so residents can stay in touch with the latest news or watch their favorite show. Pets are welcome, and potential residents are encouraged to make an inquiry with management for the policy.

Floor Plans and Features

There are 27 floor plans to choose from. With the vast selection, each floor plan has a name and separate square footage. This concept has the potential resident finding the perfect fit according to their individual taste. All condos boast bay windows, kitchen cabinets of custom wood, Monogram GE appliances, recess lighting and crown molding throughout. In addition, each room has polished hardwood floors. While each bathroom is decked in marble, the master goes further with heated floors and vanities of custom wood. Finally, there is a full-sized washer and dryer in its separate room.

There are four studio floor plans that range from just over 400 square feet to more than 800 square feet. The two larger units have bonus spaces, while the two smaller units do not.

There are 14 one bedroom one bathroom floor plans with a range of 700 to 800 square feet. Each tower has several of each strategically placed. For example, there is a Bentley or Berkshire both with an east and west and a Buckingham north or south. Additionally, there are two models each of the Bedford, Birmingham, Brentwood and Bradford that have the numbers one and two for distinction. The difference is the floor plan layout. Most come with a living and dining room combo. However, the Birmingham two units have variations that include a bonus space. The Birmingham one format has separate living and dining room areas, but no bonus space.

There are six two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. They range from just under 1,100 to nearly 1,300 square feet. The floor plans have one bedroom with a master bath, while the other bedroom shares the bath with visiting guests. In addition, the bedrooms are set at separate ends of the floor plan.
