This is a card key controlled entrance and smoke-free building. There are storage units for personal items. Residents are treated to all utilities with the monthly lease. There is access to internet service, 24 hour laundry facilities and a concierge service. There is a security system with televisions and an intercom to alert residents of guests. There is assigned parking of one space per tenant for $250 per month.
The 25th floor is a penthouse furnished community center with a fitness room and residential lounge area. There is plush furnishing and large flat screen televisions placed strategically throughout. Free Wi-Fi is accessible with themed sitting areas for residents. A fitness center with a variety of the latest equipment faces palatial windows with a spectacular view. In addition, this is where the laundry facility is housed.
The on-site management and maintenance have around the clock availability. For convenience, some units come furnished and potential residents should make an inquiry with the on-site manager. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Floor Plans and Features
The building has three floor plans that are comprised of 22 two bedrooms, 88 one bedrooms and 44 studios. The square footage ranges from an intimate 400 to a generous 800. While the studio has a cozy space it offers an open floor plan. The units have been situated on every floor on the northwest section of the complex.
The one bedroom provides a retreat to the rear of the unit. They are located on the corners of all floors. The two bedrooms are situated down a lit hallway with the master at the farthest point. The two bedroom units have been placed on each floor throughout the middle section.
