Kenmore Towers is located in the heart of Kenmore Square, in the Fenway neighborhood of Downtown Boston. Kenmore Towers is one of Boston's few "Co-op" buildings, which are for some reason incredibly popular in Manhattan. Unlike a traditional condo, you do not own the unit -- however own shares of a company that owns the building. It is very big in New York, however very rare in Boston.
