Building Description and Layout
There are several buildings that house 5,000 residential spaces. The massive red brick structure has accents of green colored balconies and perfectly proportioned windows. The exterior has an inviting courtyard that is well-appointed with professional landscaping. The layout offers residents several controlled entry points as well as via the gated garage.
Building Features and Amenities
The amenities indulge the residents with around the clock concierge service, Wi-Fi in all the common areas, on-site 24 hour laundry service and more. For entertaining or social gatherings, a theatre room with ample seating and residential lounge are available. There is a valet service for dry cleaning. As a convenience for residents, package pickup and drop-off are provided. There are two types of designated parking arrangements including garage or outdoor.
For residents that need the little extras including dollies or even jumper cable, the management team stands by with loaners. Storage is available for personal items as well as bikes. An activity room for children is provided with a stock of child safe items. A fitness center with a wide selection of state-of-the-art exercise equipment is offered to residents on a 24 hour basis. Floor Plans and Features
Potential residents can choose from six one bedroom, four two bedrooms, and two three bedrooms floor plans. Each comes with heat, gas for cooking and hot water included in the monthly lease. The kitchens have the latest appliances set in cabinetry that is raised. The flooring choices are carpeting, ceramic tile or parquet. With ample windows throughout, most units have picturesque views of the city and famous landmarks. In addition, some floor plans include impressive trey ceilings.
The one bedroom floor plans have one bathroom and a powder room. They range from just under 600 square feet to over 700 square feet. The largest one bedroom unit called the Lexington has an expansive living and dining room combo and walk-in closet. However, this is the only unit that does not come with a half bath or powder room. The one bedroom floor plans do not include a balcony.
The two bedroom units have an open floor plan where the living and dining room combo area separate the bathrooms. They span from the mid 800 to mid 900 square feet range. The Gardner model has a grand foyer. In addition, this unit has a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The Commonwealth model offers two full bathrooms. One has a tub, while the other has a shower. All floor plans have a large balcony off the main living space, which provides spectacular views of the city.
There are two floor plans for the three bedrooms unit. There are nearly 1,200 square feet of living space for each unit. The master bedroom has the half bathroom or powder room and a walk-in closet. The only other bathroom is centrally located in the center of the living space. There are separate dining and living room areas. A large balcony is centrally located at the end of the living room.
