Building Description and Layout
This is a relatively new five-story building of loft styled condominiums. There are five floors with 75 well-appointed individual spaces. The eclectic architectural designs with layouts that resemble puzzle pieces add an element of uniqueness. The small rotunda entrance of white brick greets residents and visitors alike. The outside covered walkways are red bricks that complement the red and white bricked exterior.
The structure is surrounded by manicured landscaping with different textures and shades of green. An unassuming black wrought gate encases the front perimeter of the grounds. The outside lighting is brown brushed chrome. The entrance has a wall of doors that open to an elegant lobby. Each unit has faux balcony gates of decorative black wrought iron outside the main window. Residents are treated to a roof deck for entertaining guests or taking in the view.
Building Features and Amenities
There is a doorman to welcome you or your guests. A concierge service is available for residents. There is a convenient package service. The building offers an underground parking lot that provides two deeded spaces. Security is provided around the clock. The building has a pet friendly policy. Floor Plans and Features
The floor plan amenities include open faced red brick walls, private patios, and a mixture of floor surfaces. They include Berber carpeting, tile or light colored hardwood. The kitchens have expansive black granite countertops with energy star GE Profile appliances as well as multiple lighting including recessed. The appliances are stainless steel with a matching double sink. In addition, there is a high-waist style breakfast bar that can accommodate several stools. There is a generous amount of cabinetry space with shellacked custom maple.
The full-sized washer and dryer laundry area is situated between the main living area and the bedrooms. However, in most cases they can be found in the closet of the second bathroom. With a few floor plan exceptions, the design has the laundry area tucked away in a corner. The bathrooms have elegant glass trimming with Italian marble floors, vanities with European styling, and a tiled shower and tub.
There are one bedroom and two bedrooms floor plans to choose from. The five floors have a selection of each style. Floor plans have a range of approximately 1,000 square feet for a one bedroom. The two bedrooms range from 1,200 to nearly 1,700 square feet depending on the location in the building.
The layouts are different for the two bedrooms. For example, the master bedrooms have walk-in closets with different square footage and design. The second bedrooms do not have walk-ins with any floor plan. The master bathrooms for all floor plans are private.
The living room and dining room share the same area. For some units such as 304, the resident will enjoy the stark design lines and edges. In units 305 and 405, the large circular wall in the living room space offers the resident avant-garde decorating possibilities. In addition, the living and dining room are located near the walk-out balcony. The large doorways to the balcony have sliding glass with a black washed frame. The light wood of the stairs are framed with white banisters. There is the accent of white crown molding throughout.
